We do have a $30 delivery charge to certain areas. Such as Poland, North Jackson, Lake Milton, in Mahoning County and West Farmington, North Bloomfield, and Kinsman in Trumbull County. Please keep in mind we have to factor in not only the distance from our location to yours but also the location of the site we dispose of the contents. So although it doesn't seem that far from Vienna to Poland, it has potential to be over a two hour trip for us! For any additional information please feel free to give our office a call!
We can extend the seven day rentals for an additional $20.00 a day, but we must have at least 48 hour notice. Rentals can not be extended on their scheduled day of pick up. We schedule our rentals back to back, so if you decide you need yours longer at the last second then someone else may not get theirs delivered! Leaving a message about extending pick up does not guarantee your extension. Please make sure you talk with us. Additional days must be paid for with a credit card, no exceptions.
The 6yd Dumpster can not be extended.
We charge an additional $50.00 for a failed delivery or pick up. Which means if you can not be there when your dumpster is scheduled to be delivered please pay by credit card (on the phone when you order the dumpster) If we have to wait for someone to meet us there, it may put the entire day behind schedule.
Failed pick up would refer to any situation in which we are in your drive way to pick up the dumpster and we leave with out it. Such as a car blocking the dumpster, or a job that isn't complete (please call 24 hours before your scheduled pick up day to extend your rental) All Failed pick ups must be paid with a credit card the day of the failed pick up.
Absolutely No Tires! We do charge an additional $20.00 fee per tire.

We can not take burnt items, such as the debris from the bottom of your fire pit.
We can not take a dumpster full of dirt. For example if you used a tractor to scoop all of the trash off of the ground and the dumpster ends up being half full of mud/dirt.
The items in the dumpster mix around when dumped out. So if you place random household cleaners in the dumpster (which may cause a chemical reaction with other household items) and they happen to come in contact with each other when we dump out the container. Now we have a dangerous explosion or life threatening situation. Please be thoughtful of the safety of yourself and our drivers.
We have the right to reject any loads.
Trash and Construction debris have to be dumped at different locations, therefore they can not be mixed. If you are renting the dumpster for a construction project, roof repair, bathroom remodel, ect. Household trash can not be placed in that dumpster. Which means no kitchen garbage, food wrappers, clothes, toys, ect. We have the right to reject any mixed loads.
We work very hard to keep our dumpsters looking good for our customers! Please Do Not damage them.
There is a $1,500.00 charge for any intentional damage.
We do require payment upon delivery. You have two different options, Check or cash to the driver when he drops off your dumpster, or you can pay over the phone with a credit card when you order the dumpster and the card is ran the morning of delivery. We except all major credit cards. (including American Express)
We do have a $30.00 returned check fee. We can not pick up any dumpster until your total amount due is paid in full. For example, if for some reason your check was returned, you would need to pay the amount of the dumpster rental, the $30 returned check fee, and $20 a day until it is able to be picked up. If you extended your days, the additional days would need to be paid (with a credit card) before the dumpster can be picked up. If you happen to have a failed pick up fee, that also would need to be paid in full. We can not mail a bill for any additional fees you may have. They must be paid prior to pick up.
If you need a receipt for your rental be sure to mention that when ordering the dumpster and Lauren will be more then Happy to email you a receipt. If you prefer to not use email, our drivers will be more then Happy to bring you a paper receipt when they deliver your dumpster.
All Containers are clearly labeled with a maximum fill line sticker. Do not go over this line. It will fall out when the dumpster is rolled back onto the truck and we are not liable for anything that falls out. If you left things leaning against the dumpster, the drivers are not responsible for putting it in the dumpster for you. Its not that we don't want to help you! Our deliveries are scheduled very close which leaves little time between jobs. Not to mention we would hate to put something in the dumpster (thinking we were helping you) and it turns out to be something you didn't want to throw away. Please have your container loaded properly and ready to go on the scheduled day of pick up.
We do not charge an additional fee for tonnage. Although we do not have any weight limit there are some things to keep in mind. We will take brick or concrete, but only in a 10yd or 12yd. We simply can not haul the weight of them in a 15yd or 20yd. We can not take ashes or dirt. It is extremely heavy and our trucks can not pick it up. Please be sure to specify what you are putting in the dumpster. We are willing to work with you in any way we can. We do reserve the right to charge extra if the dumpster was intentionally overloaded with heavy material. For instance you rented a 20yd for a garage tear down, you used a tractor to load it and the dumpster ended up being halfway full of dirt mixed with the debris from the garage. (It is clearly stated no dirt, and no machine loading) In this case we will charge you for the tonnage.
Placement of the dumpster is a big question we face. Our preferred placement is in the driveway on a flat surface. We understand not every job is the same. We want to place it in the best location for your project but there are a few things to keep in mind. We are not liable for any damages to your property. So if you would like the dumpster placed in your yard, we can do that (at the discretion of the driver) but if the grass gets tore up or we leave tire tracks in the yard, we are not going to come back and plant new grass for you. The drivers will do their best to explain the placement and the possible problems that may arise. We want to make our customers Happy but we have to take into consideration not only your property but our trucks as well. For instance, if it is the middle of April, the forecast shows rain for the next week, but you really want your dumpster placed in the yard. You might not have a problem with the damage it may do to your yard but our trucks will get stuck in the mud, (we also have to take into consideration the weight of the dumpster when it is filled) which would effect the rest of the deliveries for the day. So we would be unable to place the container there at that time. Occasionally the wheels of the dumpster may drag on your driveway and cause slight damage. This does not happen often but it is possible. Our drivers carry wood with them which they will be more then happy to place under the container to ensure the container doesn't touch the driveway. If you have any concerns regarding placement of the dumpster please be sure to talk to the driver upon delivery. We will work with you in every way possible.
If we placed the dumpster, and the truck leaves, but you realized the placement isn't working as good as you had originally planned, we can move the dumpster for you. There is a $50 charge to move the dumpster and we can only schedule the move at a time when we have a truck in your area.
If the dumpster is being rented for a pest problem, such as bed bugs, termites, or cockroaches, please let us know when you order the dumpster. We need to make sure it goes to the appropriate location immediately after pick up and then cleaned properly for the next job.
